Pam was one of the best examples of Christ that I knew. We became friends our freshman year at Gardner-Webb & I still remember hers and Elizabeth's room. She always had a smile on her face & was sharing her faith with others. It was funny because we were both from Mooresville but didn't know each other until GWU. I was suppossed to graduate in May along with our class but needed a couple more classes & was going to finish in the fall. This past fall was senior pinning & LouAnn Gilliam told me that if I chose I could participate in the fall & how she had offerred the same to Pam. It didn't make me feel so bad for participating then instead of this fall. I can't explain how I feel right now but I know that she is completely healed & praising our Lord & Saviour face to face. I have many memories of her & her smiling face. I was reminded about the time we all dressed up for Halloween at college & she was dressed as Brian Maiers (a friend of everyone's). I remember making get well cards for his this past semester & asking Walter about her in the cafeteria. She was the type to make cards for people when they needed it most. She always had a positive spirit about her. May God comfort us all at this time.
