Seizing Life

Mr. and Mrs. Darnell,
I visited Pam's grave for the first time Sunday afternoon.  The area is so beautiful, full of life.  The words on nearby tombstones and memorials were so full of grief and loss, as can be expected from any sudden death.  But the words in Pam's area were full of life and hope and love and joy, the things she exuded while with us. (The bunnies made me smile and seemed very appropriate.)  I can't find the words to properly explain the experience of visiting the site.  I just wanted to say thank you for the Scripture and the words of encouragement that were placed there.  I think it's exactly how Pam would have wanted it. A place that celebrates her life and her Maker. Praise be to God!  Also, thank you for sharing your memories and your prayers. I wept as I read the post from Jan. 9, especially your prayer and end thoughts. AMEN to all of that! "The Lord gives and the Lord takes away..." Praise God that he gave in the first place! Pam's spirit is indeed alive and well, in the very real spiritual sense, as well as in all our hearts.
Very sincerely,
Tiffany Stephens (3rd floor Decker Attic Alumna)
