I miss Pam

To the Darnell Family,

I have been praying that God would help and bring comfort to you during
this very difficult time. I miss Pamela so much. I can't imagine the
grief you are experiencing. I will continue to pray for you.

I have decided to dedicate a teaching award I received this past year
to Pamela. I plan to have her name put on the plaque. She had such an
impact on my life! As a professor, I have the blessing of getting to
know many students at Gardner-Webb. I have always viewed my job as a
ministry to the students. But in Pam's case, she ministered to me.

Pam always showed the love and joy of God to me. She had such a
beautiful smile. One can only imagine how beautiful her smile is now,
in the presence of Christ.
